A person can always remain fit provided he adopts 2 things in life. Firstly hygienic food and secondly, the right kind of exercise. If you follow this in your daily routine, you can enjoy good health and a long life. And the Americans have understood that the key to good health would be in following both sincerely to stay fit. Don’t over do your exercise or don’t over eat as both might have hazardous effects. It is very important that you balance both very well and work out a routine, which would just be apt for keeping you hale and healthy.
